Workplace ESOL

Program Description

The Contextualized Workplace ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) program equips non-native English speakers with essential language skills customized for their work environment 

Through immersive learning experiences, participants engage in dynamic and interactive activities that mimic real-world scenarios both in the workplace and in other daily life situations, fostering confidence, and increased fluency in English communication.

Before starting the program, each participant undergoes a comprehensive formal assessment based on nationally recognized standards. This aids in tailoring the curriculum to organizational needs and goals. At the end of the program, participants retake the assessment, allowing for an objective evaluation of their progress, and ensuring the desired learning outcomes are achieved.
