What We Offer
- It’s Free! MassReconnect provides funding for eligible Massachusetts residents 25 and older to earn a college degree at no cost.
- Options: NECC offers degrees in over 60 programs of study, including Business, Communications, Computer and Information Science, and more!
- Flexible: NECC provides open enrollment with seven start times throughout the year and convenient scheduling options (online, hybrid, and evening classes).
- Customizable: We’ll help you develop a program to address your skill needs and identify the best resources for you.
- Support: Your employees will have access to all the academic support resources available to NECC students.
What You Can Do
- Communicate: Encourage employee participation by spreading the word about our free, market-driven educational opportunities.
- Nurture: Provide flex time and quiet study spaces for employees to do homework or participate in online classes.
- Educate: We’re happy to facilitate a company info session for your employees with one of our MassReconnect specialists.
- Evaluate: Meet with our academic advisors and corporate education team to identify skills, certificates, and degrees to help your employees grow.
- Reallocate: If your company offers tuition reimbursement, redirect those resources into other education programs or incentive bonuses for employees who complete a NECC certificate or degree program.
