Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund – General Program
This program helps businesses of all sizes improve employee productivity and market competitiveness through enhanced training. This program offers up to $125,000 in training funds that can be used over 2 years. And, specifically for ESOL training there are Bridge Grants designed to provide continued language learning through the one year waiting period between General Program grants.
Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund – Express Program
Designed for businesses with fewer than 100 employees, this program offers quicker reimbursement grants of up to $15,000 per company per year and up to $3,000 per employee per course. Applications and grants are awarded on a rolling basis throughout the year.
