The NECC team includes the following:

Program Manager

Performs a needs assessment, overseeing the development and customization of curriculum, evaluation, follow-up, and troubleshooting.

Program Coordinator

Schedules program, organizes and ensures delivery of materials, coordinates with the instructor, and provides logistical support.

Instructor(s)

Develops curriculum, prepares course materials, delivers training program, and assesses program effectiveness.

Our Process

For each individual training program NECC will:

  • Help articulate success from a management and employee perspective, engage in conversation to discuss goals, desired outcomes, and expectations at all levels.
  • Review and customize proposed curriculum.
  • Assist with identifying participants.
  • Provide and evaluate pre-class assessments as required.
  • Set schedule for classes.
  • Deliver training.
  • Provide post-class assessments as required.
  • Engage participants in post-class evaluations.
  • Schedule follow-up and program debrief meeting for assessment and evaluation.
