Program Description

Leaders and leadership are the catalyst in aiding organizations to respond appropriately to the times we are in. Your job as a supervisor has never been more needed than it is now. The challenges are complex, resources are limited, and the pressure can feel unrelenting. However, when a supervisor succeeds in their role, they bring a lot of people up with them. That is very satisfying and rewarding.

This is a practical, 20-hour, hands-on course in the core skills needed to succeed at the challenging job of supervisor. Whether you are in a for-profit company, a not-for profit organization, or in a government role, you will gain insights and practical solutions for the challenges you are facing. Participants can expect the use of the adult learning model, based on the principle that “No one of us knows as much as all of us knows.”

This course includes a participant binder for all handouts. We utilize video, self-assessments, case scenarios and role-play to increase participation and enhance learning.

Grant Funding Available

Small businesses with under 50 employees may qualify for 100% grant funding. Small business with 51-100 may qualify for 50% grant funding.
